Golbon Marandiz

Golbon Marandiz fled the Islamic Republic of Iran  with her Baha’i’ family in 2001.  Escaping Islamofascism,  gender apartheid and religious persecution, inevitably led to Golbon's passion for  the First Amendment and the free market’s role in women’s liberation. Golbon believes that she has a duty as an Iranian in the free world to safeguard America’s liberties and to be the voice of those back home who suffer under the Islamic Republic's regime.  She is a data analyst intern for the Ayaan Hirsi Ali (AHA) Foundation, the chapter founder and leader of  Ladies of Liberty Alliance in Washington State (LOLA-WA), and a student at University of Washington.
